"In searching for a property management firm for my 48-unit apartment complex, I was very glad that I found Diversified Property Management (DPM) and Jason Miller.
I made multiple inquiries to other companies and very few even took the time to call me back, let alone ever present me with a bid. DPM was different from the start – Jason called me back the same day and came from out of town to meet face-to-face a day later. He was prepared, professional, knowledgeable and well-priced. Choosing DPM to handle property management of a still-under-construction project was the best decision I could have made. Jason’s team wasted no time marketing the property and generated a wait list of over 160 (for 48 units) before we even had a temporary occupancy timeline. Then, once the buildings came on line, DPM filled them quickly and efficiently.
Being a first-time multi-family developer, there were lots of small details that I failed to think of. But Jason saw them all coming and helped me be prepared. DPM provided resources and guidance for everything from signage design to lease language to even the smallest detail like installing a rental payment slot. They always explained what they were doing and why, giving me the opportunity for input along the way. And when I said “I don’t care – just get it done”, they always did so quickly and economically.
Now that the project is stabilized, Jason has continued to be prompt to return my calls and emails. He keeps me informed to the extent that I want to be and is always one step ahead of any issues. The whole thing is on auto-pilot now and it couldn’t be in better hands.
