Prospective Tenants


  • How do I schedule a showing?

    To schedule a showing, visit our website and find the rental listing you are interested in. Click the “Schedule Showing” button on the left side of the page, then follow the prompts to select a time.

  • How do I submit an application?

    Go to our website and locate the rental listing you would like to apply for. Click “Apply Now” on the left side of the page, then complete the application by following the prompts.

  • Where can I pay Rent?

    You can pay your rent using one of the following methods:


    1)      Through your tenant portal.


    2)      In person at any Diversified Property Management office.


    3)      By mail to our main office:

  • Where do I submit a work order?

    You may submit a work order using one of the following methods:


    Tenant Portal:

    Log in to your tenant portal and click the “Maintenance Request” button on the home page. Follow the prompts to submit your request.


    By Email:

    Email your work order request to info@RentFromDPM.com

    . Please include all required details listed below.


    In Person:

    Deliver a written work order to any of our offices.


    By Mail:

    Mail your written work order to:

    If you submit a work order by email, mail, or in person, please include at minimum the following information, along with any additional details that may assist in resolving the issue:


    Type of repair (for example: plumbing, electrical, HVAC)

    Severity of the problem

    Duration of the problem

    Location of the issue within the unit

    Whether you are granting permission to enter with 24-hour notice

    Granting permission allows a 72-hour window for maintenance to complete the work, when appropriate

    If permission is not granted, maintenance will contact you to schedule an appointment

    Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken

  • How do I submit 30-day notice to vacate/ move out?

    You may submit your 30-day notice to vacate in one of the following ways:


    Online:

    Log in to your tenant portal, go to the main menu, select “Contact Us,” then choose “Request to Vacate.” Complete the form, including your forwarding address and move-out date.


    In Person:

    Deliver a written 30-day notice or a completed 30-day notice form to any of our offices. Please include your forwarding address and move-out date.


    By Mail:

    Mail your written 30-day notice or completed 30-day notice form to:

  • What is the turnaround time for Work Orders?

    After you submit a work order, the maintenance team will contact you to schedule service, typically between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Completion times vary depending on the urgency of the issue. Requests involving fire, life, or safety concerns are prioritized. If you have questions, please contact your community manager.
