Stuart T. Conser is the Principal Broker of Diversified Property Management as well as Conser Realty and Associates. Stuart has years of experience in property management, residential and commercial real estate. Stuart has a B.A. from Oregon State University in Economics with a minor in Spanish. Stuart was licensed as a real estate broker in 1998, past president of the local Realtors Association and he was Realtor of the Year in 2012.

Gregory J. Conser is a Licensed Property Manager, has a B.A. in Business Management from Portland State University and is a Certified Master Builder, a designation of the Homebuilders Association. Greg has built close to five hundred homes, and several multifamily properties in the mid-Willamette Valley, in addition to being involved in the local and State Home Builder’s Association. He was the State Home Builder of the Year in 2002. Greg manages Conser Design and Construction and assists with the operations of Diversified Property Management.

Jason Miller is a Principal Broker of Diversified Property Management and he executes the day to day operations of the property management firm. Jason has experience as an apartment, single family home, and manufactured home community manager in addition to experience in sales of real estate and a variety of products and services. Jason’s varied experience and attention to detail uniquely suit him to the job of interfacing between tenants and investment property owners. He is also the President of the Oregon Rental Housing Association and the Linn Benton Rental Housing Association.

Stephanie Booren is a Real Estate Broker for Diversified Property Management. Stephanie is a graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Architecture and a minor in Community Development. She was raised on a farm and knows the value of hard work. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband while perfecting their new house. She also likes to spend time helping and educating youth as well as giving back to her community. Stephanie’s dedication to excellence, helpful and caring disposition will always be an asset to our tenants, owner clients, and the rest of our staff.

Heidi DeJarnatt is the Bookkeeper for Diversified Property Management. Heidi has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and as a Financial Analyst for a large Nursing Home Corporation throughout the United States. Her experience combined with an upbeat personality and commitment to provide the accurate bookkeeping and accounting that Diversified Property management strives to provide our tenant and owner clients.

Arlene Mejia is the resident manager for our McMinnville apartment complex, Lafayette Place Apartments. She has been in property management for over 5 years. She has been living in McMinnville for the last 15 years, with many of those years working in various positions such as City of McMinnville, McMinnville Public Library and McMinnville School District. Arlene is fluent in Spanish and English. Her bilingual skills and fast learning make her a great asset to the growing community. In her spare time, Arlene is an event coordinator for events of all types within the county. She believes that giving back to the community will in turn make it a better one.

Maria Rincon is the Assistant Manager for our McMinnville Apartment Complex, Lafayette Place Apartments. She has many skills and years of experience obtained from over five years as a store manager for an independently owned retail stove. She is up for the challenge of assisting any of our complexes. Maria’s bright and helpful attitude is beneficial for all our tenants and owners.

Bo Lillegard is a leasing consultant for Diversified. He is a graduate of West Albany High School and has an AA in Golf Course and Facility Management. Bo’s experience includes retail and facility management as well as property management. Bo’s varied experience and knowledge along with his “can-do” attitude and dedication to improving the Tenant experience makes him a valuable member of the Diversified Property Management Team.

Mitchelle Hamlin is the resident manager of Aspen Place Apartments in Salem, Oregon. She has 13 years of property management experience. She has worked government income based housing as well as Sec 42 affordable housing, she also has 3 years of conventional housing experience and has lived in Oregon since 2001. Her passion is photography. In her spare time, she helps feed the homeless through the Tyler’s Legacy in McMinnville, Oregon. Mitchelle’s desire to provide great customer service is an asset to our team.

Kyle Richcreek is the Property Specialist for the Diversified Property Management company. Kyle has an eye for detail, which makes him well suited for doing inspections of all sorts. He also has an interest in solving problems and has a thirst for knowledge on how things work so he is always willing to take on a challenge that isn’t a part of his normal routine. He is an Oregonian, born and raised… a man that owns no umbrella. He has on-site management experience and knows how to manage his time effectively. Kyle also spends his spare time collecting, cutting, and polishing rocks/various gemstones (Lapidary Artist).

Tianna Staples is an Administrative Assistant at Diversified Property Management. She graduated from Oregon State University in 2017 with a B.S in Speech Communication. Her years of experience working within customer service has greatly benefited her, so she can best assist our tenants and prospective clients. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and trying out new healthy recipes at home.

Spider Mann (real name) is the Resident Manager of Newcastle Place Apartments in Salem, Oregon. He has many years of experience in management, training and analysis in various industries including at the government level. He was a paid guest lecturer at Penn State University for three years, helping shape the worldview of future social workers, law enforcement, lawyers and politicians with a focus on diversity. In his spare time, he enjoys photography (with an emphasis on the macro form) and writing.
