Jason was great. When we signed with them, our rental was empty. They got it rented within a few weeks. This winter was one of the coldest winters I have ever seen around here. Before the big freeze hit, Jason drove over to Corvallis to check on our rental, before it was rented, to check on everything. He brought some heaters to put in our laundry room where there was no heaters, and made sure everything would make it through the freeze. We didn’t even ask him to. We didn’t even find out he did it till afterwards. It made it through the freeze with no problems.

And when I said “I don’t care – just get it done”, they always did so quickly and economically. 

 Now that the project is stabilized, Jason has continued to be prompt to return my calls and emails. He keeps me informed to the extent that I want to be and is always one step ahead of any issues. The whole thing is on auto-pilot now and it couldn’t be in better hands.
